[sdiy] SMD Transistor converter boards

I think it is a fine idea, a bunch of jumperable SMT pads would be neat
also. Personally, I'd rather lay out handy little PCBs like these
myself. They're small enough to be cheap and a simple arrangement of a
few SMT parts wouldn't give me so much of a headache as other things
do. 

On a less general note, a Korg35 module on a little board like this
would be great!
