[sdiy] SMD Transistor converter boards

I've been messing around with some SMD transistors. 
I was going to build some filters and vcos with these 
things but I think it might be best to do a DIP array
for my first (only?) SMD project.

We could have these boards in a few weeks for about 
$3 each. I could do a full kit with transistors and headers 
for about $8. Use your own tempcos where and if you 
need them.
