[sdiy] Midi-Din Sync Converter

Hey all,
Anyone have a schematic or know of a good, DIY-able Midi-Din converter?
Paia MIDI2CV has way more than I need.  I am contemplating the Mobius
since... you can always use another sequencer ; )

But I would love to do it myself.  If it was just straight clock conversion
without even start/stop, that might even be fine.  If it were possible to
also divide/multiply the clock within the conv. box that would be cool too.
