Ok, I just posted the verilog code for the Delta Sigma conveter...I typed 
it in...again...what a pain.   I am pretty sure I typed it in correctly, 
but who know...I will try and test it out again this weekend.  I will 
upload a complete Xilinx ISE project to demo it (for the spartan 3 starter 
kit board).

Anybody who wants to copy and post this file is welcome...although...maybe 
you should wait until I make sure that this version actually works...
