There were two plans. One was to drop $599, and have a $59.00 a month 
bill. The other was to pay $99.00 for 15 months, then $59.00 after 
that. I chose the latter. We were paying $79.00 a month for SDSL in 
Chicago, so it isn't that much of a strain on me, especially since my 
rent went down by $300 when I moved here. Although my SDSL in Chicago 
was an absolute monster of a pipe. This is, in a word, slower.
