Currently, there is some historical/philosophical information about the
project and the current schematic for the ISA DAC card I am designing. 
There is also an explanation as to why I designed an 8 bit memory cycle ISA
card instead of a 16 bit memory cycle ISA card.  I will update these pages
as I make progress on the project.
