In addition to having Linear & Exponential response VCAs would it be musically useful to have Logarithmic response too? also, if you average a log curve and an expo curve isn't the result linear? I got the idea from Mike Irwin's SSM2164 linear VCA schematic. thanks! M.A. Ruberto
