[sdiy] Is the LM13700 at risk too?

The LM13700 is second sourced by NJR (JRC) and
I contacted them right after the 3280 was dropped...
I wanted to see if they would consider picking the
design up.  They mentioned that their LM13600/13700
were possible substitutes and were in full production.

The NE5517(A) is another full sub.
