I don't have a straight-forward (complete and detailed) schematic for it, but I
could synthesize one from the principle schematics that I have.
You could acheive almost the same thing by putting the Oct-2-Hz converter in
the feedback loop of an op-amp, which output would become the Oct output and
the positive input would be the Hz input. The negative input would be the
output of the Oct-2-Hz converter. Use a low-offset op-amp and you should be
fine.
Let's see if we can come up with a more direct form. I know there are such
things.
May I ask where you think that you need it? Give us some examples!
