The quick answer is that you shouldn't hear any difference, but that
answer makes a lot of assumptions and you've told us almost nothing
about your setup.
(For one thing, it assumes that the speakers are identical and that
their enclosures are identical, that the wiring is correct, that the
polarities are in phase, the transformer works, etc.)
So we'd need a ton of details about the actual setup to tell you
anything useful.
