Sergio,
The 8021 is a mask-programmed Intel microcontroller - 
custom metallization (masking) done by the chip manufacturer. My Intel 
manual does not show a program-it-yourself EPROM version. You'd need the 
internal code even if you could make a copy. If you were up for a big 
project, could try to figure out what is going on inside and write your 
own program to fit a more modern microcontroller in it's place. Maybe 
someone has already done that.
