Oh, and the other thing I forgot to mention is that it after it is on for
about 30 seconds it starts to make noise by itself, with no touching of the
contact points.  I don't really understand why this is happening.  It does
not seem to be a short anywhere, since it only starts after 30 seconds... I
am confused... any ideas?
