[sdiy] bc847bs and bc857bs - new matched versions

Don't know if they are what Ben meant, but Philips have just released 
"supermatched" versions of the BC847 and 857, called BCM847 and BCM857.

The datasheet claims hFE matching of 10% and VBE matching of 2mV which, for 
those following that thread too, is as good as the specs for the integrated 
NPNs on the Zetex 700 Series semicustom array (and the PNPs are in some 
respects better).

To (not?) answer the usual question, the data doesn't specify whether the 
die is monolithic.
