Standard computer-science geek answer: Solve the traveling-salesman
problem in polynomial time.  (I would put in a pun about NP-hard here,
but you said no pr0n...)

Seriously, I'd use it to do some major curve-fitting on samples of
real instruments, and develop vectors of coefficients to make it the
ultimate physical-modeling system.  Of course, once I had the
coefficient vectors, I'd have to mess with them...
