Does anyone have any information on this IC. Best I can gather it is a 4
bit wide shift register.

I have a small group of them and if I can find data, I will use them in
a digital delay. If I there isn't any information, they are going in the
trash unless someone needs them.

I have found one scientific citation (that I can't access) and one
patent that shows the IC block diagram, but no pin numbers.
