[sdiy] Group tempco purchase - final prices

More people being interested has made the prices change a bit. There
will still be a few more last-minute requests, but they will probably
not affect the prices. They are all now priced less. They are, barring
the very improbable, final prices.

1k @ $1.53 each
1.87k @ $1.77 each
2k @ $1.77 each

There are a few people of whom I am not clear how many to reserve of
each value, it will take a couple of days to sort out before I actually
order them from KRL-Bantry. There are dozens of orders from four
continents. Once I have sorted everything out I'll need to make a
cut-off time so we can commit to a certain amount. Then I'll let
everyone know when the final order has been made and paid for. A
concerned person asked me to promise to the list that I will send each
person's tempcos promptly once I get them. I promise that In will. I am
buying some for myself also, I won't sit on the order for any reason.
Do keep in mind though that the lead time is, again, 6 to 8 weeks
before they are ready from KRL. They said 8 weeks is at the longest,
but probably 6.

I love that Synth-DIY is such an excellent forum where anybody can find
and post interesting information, but also for this reason I am not
going to put my contact information on here publically at this time.
Over the next day I will contact everyone who has reserved tempcos, in
the order in which their requests were received. So, I'll email each
person concerned with my contact information, anything you need to know
about payment, postage, etc. This is just to make things more secure so
spammers etc don't trade my address, phone number, other emails, etc.

Any more interesting or relevant details about our tempco purchase, I
will post. I thank each of you who participate in the purchase, it is
going over much better than I had hoped. I am really excited about the
tempcos, also happy to have gotten these prices and found good homes
for them. Thanks to everyone else on the list who isn't buying tempcos
for having patience for this. I will be in touch.
