Hi all,

A gentle reminder that this year's UK Synth DIY meeting takes place
this July on the weekend of the 23rd-24th in Robinson College,
Cambridge (same as last year). More details can be found here:

	http://www.modulus-music.com/synthdiyuk/2005/

For those who have yet to book a room there is an online form to do it
all for you:

	http://www.njohnson.co.uk/SDIY/roombooking.html

Deadline for room bookings is the end of this month so if you haven't
already booked a room then please do so soon. If you _have_ booked a
room, then you can feel smug in your excellent forward planning skills.

And for something on-topic:

Is temperature compensation of a VCF's cutoff frequency that important?
"Yes" if you also use it as a spare sine-wave VCO; "No" if you're only
using it for filtering and don't mind a certain degree of variation in
the cutoff frequency with temperature. So, what do people prefer???

Same question regarding the 'Q' setting??

Cheers all,
Neil
