Harry and All,
Sorry Harry, I was dragged into SMT in '96, had no choice, the 600+ parts we were putting on a full PCI card wouldn't fit other wise. I do keep MY parts to 0805 and 0.05 pitch even though I can do 0605 and 0.020. The SOT-363s I usually bring to work and do under a scope with a better iron.

>From the DMMT3904 data sheet (I'll assume the DMMT3906 is the same):
Epitaxial Planar Die Construction
Intrinsically Matched NPN Pair (Note 1)
Small Surface Mount Package
2% Matched Tolerance, hFE, VCE(SAT), VBE(SAT)
1% Matched Tolerance, Available (Note 2)
Available in Lead Free/RoHS Compliant Version (Note 5)
1. Built with adjacent die from a single wafer.
So from Note 1 I'd say yes.

DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMKT5089M10 consists of two (2) individual,
isolated 5089 NPN silicon transistors with matched hFE. This ULTRAminiTM device is manufactured by the epitaxial planar process and epoxy molded in an SOT-363 surface mount package. The CMKT5089M10 has been designed
for applications requiring high gain and low noise.
I'd say since they are 'individual, isolated' that no they wouldn't be.
But I wonder since these are SOT-363 packages (like pretty small) if that is an issue.
