Thank you everyone for your answers .. I had suspected I may have to make my own tool. It's also good to know that I would be no better off by using the specially manufactured tools that Mouser sell. Next batch of these things I'm making, I'm going to invest the extra few pence in a different type of jack socket :) Seb
