Thanks for your question:

Livewire's FrequenSteiner is the Synthasystem filter - it's not the 
same circuit as the Synthacon filter.
We believe that there are noticeable sonic differences between the two.

So far we are the only one doing the Synthasystem filter - thus, 
exclusive.
Other developers doing a Steiner filter are doing the Synthacon.
