[sdiy] Powering up for the first time

IMHO if ICs are socketed, leave them out at first and check all the
sockets for correct supply voltages. Then add ICs to eash functional
stage at a time... maybe keyboard control, then LFO, ADSR... then the
VCO VCF VCA...

If you find a problem, fix it (or understant it at least before you go to the
next stage.

WATCH out for any CMOS logic chips (if any) because missing chips might leave
inputs floating, and prone to static damage
