I don't think the ones I got are actually fairchild (UA) I think they are
National Semiconductor (LM) but it doesn't matter.
I got some from Digikey.com, they have the more expensive, "can" style T0-5
and I got some from Debco (www.debcoelectronics.com) they have the 14 pin
DIP which is exactly the same as far as I can tell, except that is has an
extra 6 useless pins.
