...if you finally get it. There's nothing more annoying then being held
in a waiting loop which plays crappy music interrupted by occasional
"sorry, all representatives are currently busy, please hold the line".
That's why *I* prefer E-mail over everything, cause I can write or
answer it when I have time; and if a queue is building up, this queue is
the first thing the very next day my time is reserved for.
If people would finally learn to deal with written text, there would be
no reason to get on top of the "to do" queue, because they wouldn't deal
with that media as if it would be some "minor" or as it was said here
"unserious" attempt to communicate.

Which -- IMO -- is quite stupid behavior.
If you are *busy*, you also don't answer calls.
If you are too busy to answer emails, but not busy enough to get
interrupted frequently by phone and cell phone, you're doing something
utterly wrong...
