MicroOhm makes tempco resistors, they stock 1K ohm +3500ppm
(close enough) These are a film type.
LPTC12T31001J  1/6W 1Kohm +3500 T.C.  5%

KRL Bantry makes some, Vishay Ultronix makes some (for a kings ransom

and Precision Resistor makes them.

Panasonic makes some in SMT available from DigiKey.

Every now and then on s-diy someone does a group buy.
