TelLabs is owned by Vishay now through one of their divisions whose name
illudes me at the moment.  They'll still happilly make the old Q81 if you
want, but its not cheap.  

>From Mouser/Digikey what you want is a PTC tempco, not NTC.  Most
thermistors you'll find will be NTC although rumor has it you can find some
smt ptc units from panasonic.

Occasionally people try to do group buys of parts which is helpfull because
the cost of parts like tempcos drops quite dramatically with quantity.
