The top of the food chain is probably the MAT-03 from analog
devices...(expensive)
Suitable for most applications: 2SA798....but no longer made...more or
less...if you find them...buy them!
Another good choice are the transistor arrays from THAT corp....The
THAT-320 is a QUAD PNP, the THAT-340 is a DUAL PNP/DUAL NPN. (moderate price)
But...if you are just looking for inexpensive and good...try and find
2SA798's (about a year ago...I purchased 100 of them at like 25 cents
each... :-)
