Does anyone have any preferences/recommendations for
a monolithic matched pnp?
I've only come across a few, and I've never seen any of them called for in any modules I've built so I was wondering if anyone here could give my any direction as far as what would be a good one to use for general purposes. 
 
Availability in TO-5 package would be good.
