[sdiy] MD918 Dual Transistors?

The datasheet indicates |VBE1-VBE2| is 5 mV. Under this it shows
Delta|VBE1-VBE2|/DeltaTA is 10uV/Degrees C.
Looks like these guys are the same as the old 3046 performance wise.
