[sdiy] Minimoog CV input mod link?

I'm having a hard time finding the CV modification for a Minimoog.  It
changes the CV in to disconnect the keyboard and also makes sure CV in
affects filter keyboard tracking.  I can probably remmeber how it was done,
but I'd rather verify the original instructions...
