Jameco p/n 265121CH is my generic "cheap knob".  10+ are 55cents each.
Yeah, I know you can find occasional knobs cheaper but I use this cause its
readily available and reasonably priced.

It is a brass insert with set screw, the indicator dot is of varying quality
