Hi Steve,

Unfortunately knobs for round shafts (i.e. grub screw fixing) tend to be 
relatively expensive compared to spline or D fitted ones.

Anyway, Rapid do a few different knobs suitable for 6mm round shaft ...

Quite cheap, but only in black:
