[sdiy] OT: video processing, noise through swept BPF

The continuity was intentional. I took a single noise image and used
it for all of the processing (instead of different noise images for
each frame). I changed the center frequency of the filters in small
1/8th octave steps (or something close to it) because I wanted to see
the image "move" as the cutoff frequency changed. Kind of like when
you put noise through a high resonance filter and sweep the frequency.
You can here an almost sinusoidal oscillation with the overshoot of the
cutoff of the filter. It seems to work for the first second or two of
the movie. The last bit just kind of looks like noise again,
though :) I did it with MATLAB at school using a program I had to
write for some summer work.
