[sdiy] OT: video processing, noise through swept BPF

Hi everyone,

In response to the video synth stuff that was discussed lately, I
thought somebody might like to look at this.  I generated a white
gaussian noise image and then filtered it (convolved it with filter
matrices) with incrementally higher passbands.  The result is what white
noise through a 2-dimensional spatial bandpass filter would look like.

Take a look and tell me what you think.  Kind of low res and dry, I
know, but kind of neat, too.  Given time I could layer different noises,
make the filters closer together, and give the layers different colors.
 That should look nice.
