[Matthew Hearn]

Hello all synth diy-ers out there,

My name is matthew Hearn and I am new to this whole diy synth thing, I
own a Jen SX1000, a a lovely old Philps Philicorda electric organ and
a Deep Bass 9. My musical interest ly somewhere between Noise,
Industrial and Warp style Electronica.

I have been considering building my own synth now for a couple of
years however an engineer friend of mine recently obtained two old
electric organ keyboards and now we are researching how to get these
things to transmit CV and how to build our own synths.

I would apreciate anyones opinions on good start out kits and
projects. Plus if you could point me in the general direction of
reading materials on the subject of synths and the like I would be
very greatful.

Please excuse me if I take a while to reply to e-mails and the like I
only have access to the internet a couple of times per week.
