I'd replace the components. It is not necessarily
the case that they are 'bad'... some designs run
hot enough to eventually discolor the PCB like that.

Looks like power supply, that can be a bad sign. My
guess would be that the power amp output is damaged
and it took out the supply. You might disconnect the
power amp, fix the supply and use the delay
separately.

That would be my choice. Fixing a power amp can be
tricky if you don't have the service docs (baising the
amp can be tough)
