Indeed. With negative group delay or phase dispersion, it becomes possible 
for the signal to arrive at the speaker *before it has left the amplifier*.

With a long enough cable you can actually hear music that won't be recorded 
till 2012.

Now - isn't that worth $5000 of anyone's money?
