And I am waiting for the "movement" of all Pb-parts of our big
storerooms into the big big waste bin :-)
My room in our company is full off boxes with old parts they threw away
the last years and so I will have to find a storage solution for the big
storage cleaning action...

For example: 2 months ago they decided to threw away all parts for one
obsolete project. No one checked if the parts could be used for other projects...
They threw away about 600 dc/dc-converters (each part was about 35-50$)...
They were packed in 5 plastic boxes and so I decided to help one of these
boxes to stay alive...
Another time they threw away 2000 ADSP2187 fixed point DSPs from Analog devices.
The crazy thing: These DSPs were also used in about 4 other projects and could
have been used there...

Ciao
Peter
