wow, i've been noticing lately how a lot of people i know don't just not
watch tv, but are strongly against it! i don't watch a ton of tv each day,
and usually i'll just watch a movie or something like that, but some people
really underestimate tv. i usually stick between a handfull of channels that
i prefer, and most of them are science channels!
i don't have all the standard cable channels like tnn or tnt or fx or
mtv or vh1 or nick or disney etc etc, but i get comcast's extended movies
and music package which doesn't have premium channels, just an extended
selections of 'cable' type ones, and some are really good.
i prefer to stick to stuff like the independant film channel, or the
national geographic channel or some of the other science and history
channels... like six or more science channels total! it's not too hard to
find something good/more intelligent to watch.

the only disadvantage of not having all those standard middle cable
channels is that i don't have the opportunity to watch M*A*S*H or Law &
Order for nine hours straight by jumping between A&E and FX.

75%? Chris Farley died before that much of the movie was even completed!

on FOX, despite the fact that he owns the first eight seasons on dvd]
