Uh, 6:00AM? I typically stayed up all night. We'd leave at 2:00AM and get
there around 5:00AM. So the first thing to remember was to bring a
flashlight.

The other important item was a handtruck. This was absolutely essential.
I've had mine so loaded down with test gear it was hard to push downhill.
