[sdiy] Useful parts or Old junk?

Hi,

As part of my ongoing drive towards a well organised workspace ;)  I'm 
going through my odd parts and trying to identify them.  I'm stuck on 3 
little semiconductors and am wondering if anyone has a clue whether 
these are anything interesting?  If not then I guess I will throw them...

4-pinned circular things are marked:
K88
K14

3-pinned tall transistor looking thing is marked:
TA76
431S  7C

Pair of stuck together 2-pinned things are marked:
36Z
508
I don't think they're meant to be used stuck together - I guess they 
come in strips like this for machine stuffing?


Seb ..hoping he has something useful here..

P.S. If anyone has datasheets for these, that would be really super 
smashing great :)
