So, it looks like Pratt-Reed got swallowed up by Samick.

At least thats what I've found sofar.  The old factory is now Condos and
Samick owns Sohmer which P-R bought in the 80's so it seems logical.  Sohmer
still claims P-R keybeds on their new stuff as do other companies.

Unless I can find an old P-R employee I'm outa luck...  labwork here I come.
