[sdiy] Adding Tap Tempo to an LFO

Unless a LFO is digitally generated, it is pretty difficult to
get tap tempo going.
Typically what you do is, run an oscillator & count the cycles between the
taps.
Then, you can generate a pulse at the desired LFO rate, by counting to this
number
again...but, to make say a sine LFO at this frequency! that isn't easy.
