[sdiy] I'm back and I'm beautiful!

All the old guys are currently doing some "eight miles in three feet of 
snow, uphill both ways" thing about how much easier cuneiform was for 
scratching out circuit designs, but boy, did those clay tablets take a 
long time to dry. You know, typical SDIY, par for the course lately.

There was an exciting bit where people were threatening to discharge 
caps in to their foreheads, and another exciting bit where certain 
people decided that other certain people were Letting The Terrorists 
Win, but other than that, just the same old synth design and building. 
Lots of that lately.

However, I'm reasonably certain we're about to get in to another "who 
has the worst vision" pissing match so you might want to unsub for a 
couple more days. The word "diopter" has appeared already, a sure sign 
of impending doom.
