Exactly, and the whole issue has been brought up at midibox forum
but unfortunately for everyone Torsten has deleted the debate
that was taken about the issue so no one can se the answers
given from "Smack TV". The issue was "adressed" Torsten and
the average Mbox users at the time, Smack TV just poped up
from behind and started harrassing. The issue was not brought
up "because" of him, he simply felt threatened, its a Smack TV
ego trip.
However Torsten are a exellent software writer, the Midibox
project are great piece of work but lack and understanding of
bypass capps in the project are not good engineering, its simple
as that.
It has been pointed out for Torsten and the rest of midibox users
that in the future a software routine change can change the entire
behavior of the hardware.(oh no can it, razz) Every experienced
engineer knows this but to me its just flabergasting that lesser
knowing people argue against it!

You havent read it at all, the posting is quite correct from
every perspective, neither is it agressive it quite polite,
however its usually so that people with "no knoweledge" get
hocked on the "way" things are said rather on "what" are
said when they dont understand basic engineering.
And thats the running point, Smack TV goes berserk when this
issue are mentioned because it treatens his sales of PCBs.
And in the "deleted" midibox forum debate shows "exactly"
"why" Smack TV dont understand. From his point of weiev
its almost like ,,-: shit, he's pointing out the miss about
the bypass, i have to disstract it, sales will go down if
people start asking why.
Smack TV could have used "intelligence" and turned the whole
issue to his favor and most likely "increased" sales of the
PCBs by saying:
-Oh, yes hes correct, i will try out what he sugest, and if
-anyone gets a problem with my boards we will sort it out!
These two rows of text would have eased up every midibox
user on the planet including Torsten.
And that seams to be no end to that attitude towards enginering
issues! After 21 years of engineering tells me so, freshmans
comes out of enginering skool asuming they know everything,
conquer the world, get high sallaries, etc, etc, etc, ,bla, bla, bla
and get very upset when eldery engineers points out their misstakes,
then the usuall "denial" procedure takes place involving every exuse
available on the planet are used. This is a pure ego trip, instead
of learning from past knoweledge they go against it!
Reinvent the wheel its called!

Forget that dude, you havent read it, you missed the point.
Se above.

As "ususally" you havent got the clue about the issue as most people
who dont have the basic engineering knowelege, you hoock on the way
things are said rather on the issue. Why dont "you" redesign the boards?
I newer talked about the SID alone, im talking about "ALL" boards.
