In the philosophical sense, no.  Legally - careful!  There are entire
departments at Disney that do nothing but look for this stuff.  The best one
I've personally witnessed is a paint store in Glendale, CA which had Mickey
and D. Duck painted on the side wall of the building.  About a week I went
by again and noticed they both had been painted over and going inside to
ask, the guy said he got a visit from the Disney logo police with a cease
and desist.  They were only up there for something like three weeks. They
take this crap very seriously. True story.

An no, they weren't mice in black suits and dark glasses that came to visit.
It was actually Daffy Duck, long-contracted muscle duck for the Disney Co.
