Thorsten Klose's Midibox64 - http://www.ucapps.de. The most of the
stuff is available in a kit form from http://avi.dezines.com/mbhp/

Still, Midibox uses modular concept with many configuration
possibilities, so it can be pretty hard to grasp what's going on..
