[sdiy] Looking for Certain MIDI Features...

I'm looking for a list of synths which support the follow features:

Attack Velocity
Release Velocity
Channel Aftertouch
Poly Aftertouch

I'm looking for both modules which receive this information, and for 
controllers and synths which transmit it. I want to compile a complete list 
of all the MIDI devices which have ever supported these features.
