No, here's the deal.  I realize that my description of a methodology for 
swing-delaying MIDI and DIN clocks has a few holes in it.  I'm a bit too tired 
right now to sort it out, but I'll bet there are a few really smart guys out 
there who can come up with a more accurate method and description thereof.  Maybe 
tomorrow I'll look into it again, and see if I can clarify things.  It 
certainly is an interesting problem -- not that I have any interest in actually 
building something that does this...
