When I wrote Harmonic Technology to inform them I knew a little about AC
power and suggested their hype for their $1200 + power cables was a bit
"misleading" I got the following polite and entertaining response.  Man was
I relieved to find out that they do actually have "reasonably" priced cords.

We have Pro-AC11 for $240 power cord as well as the Fantasy Power cord $420.
They are not in the $1200 price range. We sell 99% of our power cord either
ProAC11 and Fantasy.  We only sell the Magic Reference for these Power
Demanded system.
