For small crimp connectors I like the Amp "Service Tool I" #29004-1, it bends 
the tiny connector tabs over very nicely into that "B" shape. You do have to 
press quite firmly for regular fast-on crimping with it, however. It is 
moderately expensive, and cuts bolts just fine as well.
